Self cycle with surrogacy:
For couples seeking gestational surrogacy with their own embryos.

Fresh Embryo Transfer: For this you need to be in Mumbai for a period of 15/16 days starting from the first day of the menstrual cycle. The male partner can aim to reach Mumbai by day 9/10 of the cycle or the semen sample can be cryoshipped to us.
The Ovarian stimulation can be started in your home country and you can reach Mumbai on the day8/9 of the ovarian stimulation cycle.
The egg pick up generally happens on day 13/14 of the cycle.
The ultrasounds, blood tests, egg pick up are all done at our clinic, under one roof.
If required in certain cases, we also have the facility for surgical sperm retrieval techniques such as TESA/PESA etc.
Cycle planning is done so as to coordinate the genetic mother’s cycle with that of the surrogate. The surrogate is started on high doses of estrogen till the day of the ovum pick up and is then started on luteal support medications.
The embryo transfer can be either undertaken on day 3 or in case of a blastocyst transfer on day 5/6.
